A Poem- My Social Media Driven World

How do you have fun with your job? If you are me and you have just completed your first week of training, with a company that you respect for their kindness and mission statement, you write about it in the form of a poem, and then post it online for the world to see. I hope that my poem, A Social Media Driven World, is an enjoyable read, and can perhaps earn a few smiles.

I love to write. I love poetry, and I am always trying to push myself to create something original in both thought and content. I am not sure if anyone has ever written about their job- I am sure that they have, but I do know that writing about mine was a blast, and I hope that reading it is enjoyable as well.

And I know how to play the game,

Of getting you known,

So others know your name.

You must stay social all the time,

It does not matter if you are busy,

It is all about Social Media-

Where you better make sure to behave yourself.

Blogger is beneficial-but make sure to stumble on Stumble Upon-

Always take a minute to Digg and or to make sure to set up a Bookmark.

The big thing is now Twitter,

Where you will post all your Tweets.

But if you’re not into chirping,

Check out shetoldme.

Set yourself up on meetin.com,

And speak to the ones you met on talkbiznow.

If you have no use for that,

There are sites where you can simply send out a Shout-out.

This is the wonderful world of marketing,

Hang out here or there.

Learn how to connect and network with other marketeers.

There is Reverbnation.com, meant just for artists and musicians.

Or how about Hubpages, developed for writers and readers.
